  • I am having trouble finding my favorite CONCLUSION product
    All of our current products are featured on this website. If you did not find your favorite, unfortunately it is likely has been discontinued or not available at this moment.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for the product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    We do not offer exchanges. If for any reason you made a mistake in your order, let us know and we will correct it for you before shipping.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. For now we ship only to all states in the USA. Next country will be the Canada.
  • What if I want to return or exchange my order?

  • What if my order has an issue?
    First, we apologize. We take customer service as seriously as we do leak-proof protection. If your shipment was not correct due to our errors, we will rectify immediately. Please contact us at admin@conclusionline.com, we will respond with 24-48 hours.
